Read Our ATT Uverse Negative Review May 19, 2009
Posted in : Blog News, Movie Infos , comments closedIn my various dealings with support, ATT UVerse is most definitely the very worst. I don’t think it can get any more horrible unless donkeys worked the calls. We’d found a million ATTUverse reviews , I required television and internet service. They scheduled me for our install a week later at midday.
So I took time off to be at my house ( a person over 18 has to be around ). At 1 I called to find out the status of the installer. They kept bumping me to another phone operator and after 25 minutes, a rep told me they didn’t have my correct street number so they needed to reschedule me. I said, “You couldn’t call ?” All he said without any feeling behind it was, “Sorry. We can reschedule you for a few weeks from now.” Huh ? In a flash 7 days without tv and internet became 5 weeks
Not happening. So I dialed them daily
After 13 calls, many hours listening to jazz, a million transfers to different areas to folks who kept shipping me back to original department, multiple dialtones whenever I begged for a supervisor, I finally got it switched to an earlier date.
Guess what? Nothing happened.
Guess what, I quit.
Don’t be a zombie and don’t even consider ATTUverse with everyone else.
Florida Saltwater Fishing Report April 21, 2009
Posted in : Blog News , comments closedKarl bought a new shimano spinning reel and hurricane rod and wanted to go fishing. We decided to hit the south pier. I also brought out the saltist that has been out of my posession for the past 4 weeks.
Bait was non existant at the pier so i decided to stop by the oriental grocery store on the way and see if i can find some bait there. OCTOPUS! i bought a pound of baby octopus for $2.29.
As i’m driving down the main bridge i spotted Pierfish and Fishingbabe fishing around the Y. We stopped there for awhile to chat and kill time before sunset. They managed several macks throughout the day, a rocked grouper and ZERO pinfish.
At 7pm we moved to one of the few open rockpiles on a sunday afternoon. It wasn’t 5 minutes after i dropped my bait that the rain started to pour. But like true fishermen, a little rain wasn’t going to stop karl and I. And we didnt catch anything unfortunately so no fishing pictures.
Karls parents called and we headed over to the North pier to go crabbing with them. I started rigging up my rod for tarpon when someone puts their hand on my shoulder. I turn around and its Seafish and DelightfulDiver! DelightfulDiver’s dad was in town from Atlanta and they were taking him fishing through the night.
We looked for bait on the north pier and happened to stumble upon a selection of nice pinfish and grunts. We headed back to the south pier.
First drop, my bait starts swimming like crazy after i had just seen a small shark. I felt a sharp tug and my line went limp. I pulled up the tail of a pinfish. After about an hour I called it a night and went home and ate 3 tacos.
