Visible Technologies’ very visible leader, Daniel Vetras, ranks among the best customer interaction managers in the US. His experience in the field stretches no less than 25 years.

For this reason, Visible Technologies chose Dan Vetras as their chief executive officer in 2009. Dan has apparently mastered the art of keeping companies abreast with consumer whims.

Previously, Dan Vetras helmed customer interaction management provider Talisma Corporation. Vetras was CEO and president of the company, which he sold to nGenera in 2008. He also held the same positions in Captura Software, now a subsidiary of Concur Technologies.

An alumnus of American International College in Massachusetts, Dan Vetras was an employee of Lotus Development Corporation (IBM) for seven years. He also worked for a time at Intranets.com.

Edmark Corporation recruited him in 1992 to preside over its global software sales and channel marketing. Vetras’ years in Edmark were successful, coinciding with the opening of the company’s 9,000th store. IBM latched on to him when the computer giant bought Edmark in 1997.

Established 2003, Visible Technologies empowers businesses, organizations, and individuals and helps them manage reputations. The company engages in social media analysis, blog monitoring, and customer engagement through such solutions as TruCast, TruCast Benchmark, and TruCast. It also supplies companies with brand management services. Visible Technologies runs offices in Seattle, Boston, and New York City.
