Johnny Chan: Born in Canton, China, Chan has won 10 WSOP Bracelets including back-to-back Championships in 1987 and 1988. In 2005, Chan became the first poker player to win ten World Series of Poker titles. Chan is tied with Doyle Brunson with 10 SWOP bracelets, and behind Phil Helmuth by one. He was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2002. .

T.J. Cloutier: a Texas native, Cloutier has won five WSOP bracelets since 1983. He graduated from Berkeley University and is a former professional football player. His skill makes him one of the all time winning poker champions; and he is the author of acclaimed poker books.

Martin de Knijff: Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Martin became a professional sports bettor right out of high school; and has played championship bridge since he was 21. When he won the largest ever single prize at the time at the WPT Five Star Poker Classic, de Knijff gained a reputation as an ace card player. He attributes his skills to Brunson’s “Super Systems” book.

Freddy Deeb: Freddy was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to the United States to attend college, where he studied mechanical engineering. When war in his native country disrupted his life, he took up poker to earn money and claims that he never held a regular job in his life other than poker player.

Annie Duke: Sister of poker professional, Howard Lederer, Annie played poker as a child with her family. After earning a Masters Degree from Columbia University, she dropped out of a doctorate program in psychology to take up poker. She became a winning player in Montana poker rooms; then went on to play tournaments in Las Vegas, where she finished tenth in the 2000 WSOP while she was nine months pregnant. She also won the 2004 WSOP Invitational Championship in 2004. Duke is the mother of four children and has achieved more “in the money” finishes at the WSOP than any other female.
