Reply : Poorly prescribed specs won’t cause any long term problems of vision, but it is not a good idea. Using other people’s glasses will tend to strain your eyes, resulting in headaches and dizziness.

QUESTION : Are tinted lenses bad for my eyes?

Reply : Tinted lenses could be worn if you enjoy the cosmetic effect or want to shield your eyes from glare or bright sunlight.

Query : Will reading a lot hurts my eyes?

Solution : You will not cause any damage to your eyes by reading a lot. You could’t cause Optical faults through your actions-they are the result of intra-ocular problems. People who read a lot may be more aware of Optical symptoms of headaches and eye-strain, which will give them a greater motivation to correct their problem with spectacles. The reading is certainly not causing the Visual error.
