Tenuta Uccellina, your vacation resort in the Maremma Nature Reserve, the most exclusive and beautiful natural conservation area in Tuscany. It’s breathtaking sights, facing the rocky water coves by the Tyrrhenian coast, awaken your energy and reinvigorate your spirit and mind anew.
A few kilometres from Grosseto, in the heart of Maremma Nature Reserve, is the Agricultural Estate of Uccellina covering 400 hectares, amidst cultivated land, woody areas and access to the sea.
THE APARTMENTS
The apartments have been divided into two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, all with fantastic views of the National Park, colored stucco work and ceramic tiled floors, country-style decorations and, where possible, the original material including wooden beams on the ceiling. All apartments are fully furnished with television and all linen is provided.
Two-room apartments
Has a double room, a living room with a bed sit, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a TV.
Three-room apartments
Has an extra room as compared to a two-room apartment.
Our Apartments, “Giulia” and “Giobatta”, are surrounded by a big lawn equipped with tables, chairs and sun lounges and if the weather permits you can eat outside. Small pets are welcome here, the intention to bring them along must be communicated at the time of booking. The access to the Agricultural Estate of Uccellina is protected by an electric gate. A private parking and children’s play park are at your disposal. The two apartments comply with the law for the disabled.
